At WST COAST, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This combined policy governs the shipping, delivery, and return terms for all orders made through our store.
1. Shipping Information
We ship worldwide from our headquarters in Lithuania, European Union.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Customs & Duties: WST COAST is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the buyer's responsibility and are set by your local customs office.

Delivery Issues: We are not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, or external factors beyond our control.
3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU regulations, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at support@wstcoast.eu before the 14-day period expires.
4. Returns Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following must be met:

The request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
5. 365-Day Product Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. For your peace of mind, all items are covered by a 365-day guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

What is Covered: This guarantee covers structural defects, such as broken clasps, failing joins, or manufacturing errors that compromise the integrity of the piece.

What is Not Covered: This guarantee does not cover issues arising from "normal wear and tear." This includes the natural fading or tarnishing of surface finishes over time, scratches, accidental breakage, or damage caused by improper care (such as exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, or chemicals).

How to Claim: To submit a claim, please email support@wstcoast.eu with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Upon verification, we will provide a repair, a replacement, or store credit if the item is no longer in stock.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged item, contact us at support@wstcoast.eu within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide a description and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund upon verification.
